We provide full after-sales support for the machines we offer: from ongoing diagnostics, through parts supply, to service carried out in the field. Our goal is to restore equipment to operation quickly and reduce downtime on the farm.
We use our own diagnostic device, which helps identify the source of a problem faster and allows service actions to be planned more precisely. This shortens response time and improves technical support.

Manufacturer warranty and support after purchase
The exact scope and handling of warranty cases depend on the machine type and manufacturer terms, but on our side we provide contact coordination, diagnostic support and service assistance.
Machines are covered by the manufacturer warranty, and service requests are handled together with our technical support. This means the customer receives not only the product itself, but also the backing needed for safe operation.
Standard warranty: 24 months from the date of delivery to the end user or 2,000 working hours, whichever occurs first.
