This document explains how Agrofide processes personal data of website users, especially when using the contact form, browsing product listings and visiting the blog.

Within the website, we may process data voluntarily provided through the contact form, such as name, e-mail address, phone number and message content.
We use this data to reply to submitted inquiries, handle commercial or technical contact and continue correspondence related to the user inquiry.
Additionally, the website may process basic technical data related to website use, including device, browser and on-site activity information, to the extent necessary for security, operation of the website and basic statistics.
The legal basis for processing data submitted through the contact form is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in handling correspondence and responding to inquiries. Depending on the nature of the contact, the basis may also be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
In the case of analytical cookies, the legal basis is the user consent.
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting website maintenance, hosting, e-mail and technical tools used to handle forms and basic analytics. Data is not sold to third parties.
Contact form data is stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and related correspondence, and then for the period justified by the need to secure or defend against claims.
Information resulting from cookies is stored according to the lifetime of the given cookie or until it is deleted by the user.
The user has the right to access data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing and, where applicable, the right to data portability.
If processing is based on consent, the user may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but it may be necessary to respond to the message.
